Australian wine importer Michele Anderson has launched an Internet-based wine continuity club GreatAustralianWines.com based in the heart of California’s wine country the city of Napa.
The company is presently authorized to make shipments to 20 states and it expects that number to increase to 26 this spring.
Orders are shipped quarterly from California. Customers pay no shipping or handling charges.
“Our research found that consumers were irritated by wine club shipments arriving too frequently and by high shipping charges,” said Anderson in a statement.
