Agency.com Ltd. has acquired certain assets of the San Francisco-based online advertising agency Exile on Seventh LLC.
Terms were not disclosed.
Exile on Seventh will be integrated into New York-based Agency.com’s San Francisco office.
Alan Burgis, president of Exile on Seventh, will take on the role of senior vice president at Agency.com.
