AGA Catalog and Marketing and Design, New York, has reached an agreement to acquire Hershey Communications of New York. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Hershey, a full-service catalog design agency, will bring all its clients to AGA. Ed Hershey, president of the agency, will join AGA as will a number of current Hershey employees, who will work out of AGA’s offices. The transition is expected to be completed in March.
