AdMarketplace, an online market for online graphic advertising, has purchased Aibits, which offers a system for delivering ad content based on user behavior. Terms were not disclosed.
AdMarketplace will reportedly use Aibits’ technology to add behavioral targeting capabilities to its existing network.
“This acquisition will enable adMarketplace to provide a broader range of options for delivering targeted, cost-effective advertising for our clients and lead to greater revenue and higher yield for our publishers,” said AdMarketplace CEO Jim Waltz in a statement.
