Accel-KKR, a private equity firm, has acquired the Endurance International Group Inc., an online marketing services firm.
Terms were not disclosed.
Under the terms of the transaction, Endurance’s chief executive officer Steve Sydness, executive vice presidents Hari Ravichandran and Thomas Gorny, together with their senior management team, will continue in their current roles, according to Accel.
