Abercrombie & Fitch reported net sales of $144.1 million for the five-week period ended April 5, 2003, an 8% increase over last year’s March sales of $133.9 million.
March comparable store sales decreased 10% compared with the five-week period ending April 6, 2002.
Year-to-date, the cataloger and retailer reported a net sales increase of 10% to $244.1 million from $223.0 million last year. Comparable store sales decreased 7% for the year-to-date period.
