The date to set a preliminary hearing for YesMail.com’s action against Mail Abuse Prevention System LLC (MAPS) has been postponed until July 21.
An officer of United States District Court for the Northeaster District of Illinois, Eastern Division did not give a reason for the postponement.
The hearing will set a date for a permanent judgement regarding YesMail’s restraining order against MAPS.
