Yeck Brothers Co., the direct response agency founded in 1938 by John D. Yeck, has merged with Professional Marketing Communications, Inc. Both firms are located in Dayton, OH.
The resulting full-service agency will be headed by Bob Yeck, a nephew of John Yeck and son of partner William S. Yeck, and it will carry the Yeck Brothers name.
The two firms serve such clients Delphi Delco, Hatachi, Iams, John Deere, Lanier, Lexis/Nexis, NCR and Procter & Gamble.
Professional Marketing Communications was founded 23 years ago by Yeck Brothers alumnus Ned Johnston.
