WineTasting.com, a Napa, CA e-commerce systems provider to the online wine industry, has bought competitor Aficion.com for an undisclosed sum.
Aficion.com was reportedly the first Internet wine portal to provide wineries with e-commerce systems.
WineTasting.com has hired Aficion.com principals Eric Binau and Jennifer Rydzewski as director of business development and director of product development.
