Fingerhut Companies Inc., a division of Federated Department Stores, selected the Unica Corp.’s Unica Impact! To manage and enhance the direct marketer’s enterprise-wide marketing campaigns.
Fingerhut plans to use Impact! to improve marketing outreach to its 30 million-customer database for its Internet operations — Fingerhut.com, MyJewlery.com, OutdoorSpirit.com, and Birthdayhut.com — as well as across its base catalog business.
Impact! is replacing Fingerhut’s mainframe, proprietary enterprise marketing automation. It will also be used to leverage its predictive modeling software.
