TPN has hired Lilia Arroyo Flores as senior planner, effective on Aug. 27.
In her new role, Flores will manage planning activities for the Wal-Mart business. In addition, she will help grow TPN’s retail marketing practice for such brands including Gatorade and Tropicana, the agency said. Flores will report to Ben DiSanti, director of planning and perspectives.
Prior to joining the agency, Flores, 37, worked as vice president, strategic planning director at Draftfcb in Chicago. There, she was in charge of development and executive strategic planning for several clients, including K-Mart, State Farm, the United States Postal Service and Bank of America.
