Touchstone Communications based in Ft. Worth, TX has acquired Call Central, a call center located in Islamabad, Pakistan. Terms have not been disclosed.
The acquisition increases Touchstone’s call center capacity by 200 stations. It includes real estate and 8,000 square foot of new space, which the company anticipates using for further expansion.
Touchstone has more than 20 U.S. and United Kingdom-based clients it serves from existing call center operations in South Asia. Most of its clients are involved in financial services. The company expects to hire 20 new employees during the next six months.
“The center has been operating at capacity and his new space gives us the opportunity to add new clients and new employees,” said in a statement Tom Slone, chairman and CEO of Touchstone.
