Stereoscape.com Inc., Freehold, NJ, has acquired ePiggybank.com, a financial and educational Web site for children, in a stock deal.
The transaction includes a payment of 500,000 stereoscape.com shares in addition to options to purchase 200,000 shares of stereoscape.com common stock at $1.00 per share, with certain vesting requirements.
As part of the agreement, steroscape.com acquires all trademarks, intellectual properties and domain names currently held by ePiggybank.com.
