The Spiegel Group has named James M. Brewster senior vice president and CFO.
For the past 10 years, Brewster has served as senior vice president and chief financial officer for the company’s Newport News subsidiary.
This move comes two days after the cataloger and retailer told the Securities and Exchange Commission that it has missed operating performance goals and was required to end its bankcard operations (DIRECT Newsline, Feb. 26).
