R. L. Polk & Co. has named Jack S. Smith the new marketing director for Polk North America.
Smith will assist sales teams and account managers with all marketing activities. He will report directly to Joseph Walker, president of Polk North America.
Most recently, Smith was an account director at Carlson Marketing Group Inc.
