Parcel Direct, the parcel expediting business of printer Quad/Graphics Inc., has purchased parcel shipper PaqFast Inc. for an undisclosed sum.
PaqFast will continue to ship parcels within more than 2,800 Zip codes daily, in the western U.S.
The firm specializes in the delivery of parcels between bulk mail centers, using the U.S. Postal System to provide final in-home delivery for business-to-consumer packages.
