Publicis Groupe has launched a new digital unit that encompasses Modem Media and Publicis Dialog under the banner of Publicis Modem.
Martin Reidy, former president of Modem Media, becomes CEO of Publicis Modem. He will report to Richard Pinder, chief operating officer of Publicis.
Publicis Modem will consolidate Publicis Dialog operations and offices in the U.S, Canada, Europe, Middle East, Asia, Latin America and Australia.
