Acquisio, a pay-per-click management and productivity solutions provider, has hired Alexandre Pelletier to serve as the company’s new marketing director, and Mark Lajoie as the company’s new director of sales, Canada. Pelletier will be responsible for implementing the company’s short- and long-term marketing initiatives. Lajoie comes to Acquisio from Yahoo! Canada, where he served as a senior account executive.
Traci Scofield has joined MeritDirect as a senior list broker in its list brokerage division. Scofield was most recently with Walter Karl and previously with Statlistics. Additionally, Marie Briganti has joined the company’s Penton Media team in its list management division. Briganti began her career in the list business in 1993 as a list manager working for Cowles Business Media, and since then has been working on the Penton portfolio.
