Paperloop.com, a business and information exchange for the paper industry, had acquired online auction site e-Fibre.com. E-Fibre.com specializes in lots consisting of off-grade paper and pulp substitutes. Terms of the acquisition were not announced.
Paperloop.com was recently created by Miller Freeman, Inc., and Pegasus Capital Advisors, L.P. E-Fibre.com deals in all types of pulp, ranging from off-grade to high-grade products.
