Nivea and Suave Target Men with Millions of Samples

Both Nivea and Suave are putting millions of samples of their men’s products into the hands of eligible buyers.

Beiersdorf, manufacturer of Nivea for Men, will embark on a national sampling campaign just in time for NCAA March Madness.

The Q Ballers program will distribute 1 million samples of Nivea for Men Revitalizing Lotion Q10 by way of seven branded cargo vans Feb. 28 to Apr. 5.

Tour Managers (outfitted as referees) and Brand Ambassadors (outfitted as cheerleaders and basketball players) will distribute the products both on campus and via a street level guerrilla marketing campaign. Other freebies to be handed out include branded visors and inflatable seat cushions.

The company distributed samples in a campaign last fall (Nov. 13, Xtra) in train stations across the country.
