Meredith Corp., New York, and the advertising agency Della Femina Rothschild Jeary and Partners have launched a print and outdoor advertising campaign for the Meredith Publishing Group.
Della Femina Rothschild Jeary was awarded creative and media responsibilities for the branding campaign. Annual billings are estimated at more than $1 million, the company said.
The campaign–with its new tag line “Home. Family. Meredith.” –will include trade print and newspaper advertising in Advertising Age, MediaWeek, The Adcrafter, and the Chicago Tribune. The outdoor effort will appear on targeted telephone kiosks in midtown Manhattan.
The Meredith Publishing Group has sales and/or editorial offices in New York, Des Moines, Chicago, Detroit, San Francisco and Los Angeles. It publishes more than 20 magazine brands, including Better Homes and Gardens, Ladies’ Home Journal, Traditional Home, Country Home, MORE, more than 100 special interest publications, more than 300 home and family and special interest books, and has an extensive Internet presence, which includes BHG.com and LHJ.com.
Meredith introduced the national advertising effort yesterday to its publishing group employees with a video presentation.
