Lillian Vernon has named Millard Group Inc., Peterborough, NH, to manage its mega file of over 3 million 12-month buyers as well as its package insert program. The file had been managed in-house since it was initially offered for rental 40 years ago. ‘The appointment takes effect Feb. 28.
“The selection of the Millard Group as our list manager will bring increased exposure to the Lillian Vernon lists,” CEO Lillian Vernon said in a statement. “We look forward to our partnership with them and are excited about the new opportunities they will bring to our company.”
As first announced Jan. 18 on DIRECT Newsline’s Web version, http://www.directnewsline.com, the files include Lillian Vernon, Lilly’s Kids, Lillian Vernon–Christmas Memories, Personalized Gifts Catalog, Neat Ideas, Gardening and Super Sale and the Lillian Vernon Package Insert Program.

The cataloger markets its line of giftware, kitchenware, gardening, home decor, households and children’s products via its Web site and eight catalogs.
