Lands’ End Inc,. Dodgeville, Wil, has hired Jennifer V. Falconer as vice president, general merchandising manager of its women’s division. Falconer had previously been general manager and director of women’s and kids’ active apparel at FILA, USA.
The company also apointed Patti A. Simigran as vice president, general merchandising manger of its kids’ division. Simigran had been divisional merchandise manager for juniors, missy, large size, sportswear, and ready-to-wear at Weiners Stores Inc.
Both hirings are effective immediately, and both report directly to Mindy C. Meads, executive vice president, merchandising and design.
