Marketing agency J. Brown has promoted Ken Featherston to general manager from senior VP-executive creative director. His new post began Aug. 8.
In his new role, he will be responsible for the agency’s Chicago office. He will report to J. Brown CEO Tim Dorgan.
Dorgan held the position of CEO and general manager, but relinquished the general manager title to Featherston.
Featherston joined J. Brown as creative director in 1994.
