Internet Commerce Corp.’s said its common stock will be re-listed on The NASDAQ SmallCap Market thanks to an exception from the net tangible assets requirement effective with the open of business, today.
While the company said it failed to meet this requirement as of Feb, 22. The exception will expire on April 30, 1999.
