The British Post Office bought Citipost Group, a New-York based delivery company with operations in North America, Europe and the Pacific Rim. The acquisition is part of The Post Office’s strategy in the American market to become a leading global supplier of international mail services.
The purchase, which is subject to approval by regulatory authorities, is approximately $40 million.
