Boise-Cascade to Run Brand-Building Effort

Direct marketer/retailer Boise Cascade Office Products Corp., based in Itasca, IL, has launched a brand building campaign.

In addition to national placements with The Wall Street Journal and New York Times, ads are scheduled to cover eight key markets through such regional publications and regional editions of national publications as Newsweek, Fortune, Crain’s Chicago Business and BusinessWeek. The initial media schedule will be a 12-week flight, followed by an ongoing national presence and an additional flight schedule later in the year.

Milwaukee-based agency Bader Rutter and Associates, created the advertising series which will run in tandem with an interactive, direct mail and sales promotion effort aimed at employees and customers.

The budget was not disclosed.
