FlightSafety Boeing Training International, a Seattle-based provider of airline training, has issued what it claims to be the industry’s first single source of maintenance training for current and out-of-production Boeing and Douglas aircraft.
The catalog, available in CD-ROM format or at www.flightsafetyboeing.com, contains 463 start dates for technical training in 17 worldwide cities. The company has also launched a call center.
“Never before have Boeing and Douglas operators, maintenance providers and repair stations had one-stop shopping for high-quality technical training. This is a key step in creating a lifetime of training support for Boeing operators,” said Wake Smith, president of FlightSafetyBoeing, in a statement.
