Dawn Panzeca has been appointed vice president, creative director for RTC Relationship Marketing (RTC). Panzeta will bring her expertise to the Hughes Network Systems, Berlex SmartWomanRx and Mirena accounts at the Washington, D.C.-based agency. RTC is a subsidiary of the WPP Group plc.
Private investment firm Providence Equity Partners has acquired a majority interest in direct marketing company CC3 in Ivyland, PA. Financial terms were not released. A minority interest was purchased by senior members of CC3 management.
