RR Donnelley Announces Management Appointments

RR Donnelley & Sons Co. has revamped its management. The Chicago-based printer announced a series of newly appointed executives just after its acquisition of Mooore Wallace, which was finalized last Friday.

The new RR Donnelley management team now includes:

Suzanne S. Bettman, senior vice president and general counsel, formerly general counsel of Huron Consulting Group and True North Communications and a partner of Kirkland & Ellis; Thomas G. Brooker, group president, forms, labels and office products, formerly group president, forms, labels and office products of Moore Wallace; Dean E. Cherry, group president, short-run and variable print solutions, formerly group president, commercial print, direct mail, business communications services and print fulfillment of Moore Wallace; Susan L. Henricks, president, directories, formerly president, telecom; Daniel L. Knotts, group executive vice president, long-run print solutions, formerly president, catalog, magazines and retail.

Other appointments include: Michael S. Kraus, executive vice president, strategy, formerly senior vice president, mergers & acquisitions of Moore Wallace; Robert C. Nelson, president, corporate sales, formerly executive vice president, corporate sales of Moore Wallace; Thomas J.
