Prism Restructures Marketing Group

Leslie C. Bacon has been named group publisher of Prism Marketing Media Strategies, a new unit that includes Direct, Multichannel Merchant, Promo and Chief Marketer.

Ray Schultz is the group’s editorial director.

Bryan Benjamin, Multichannel Merchant’s former national sales manager, will serve as associate publisher of Promo.

The purpose of these changes is to strengthen the individual titles and bring them under a unifying brand, said Warren N. Bimblick, senior vice president in charge of Prism’s financial services and marketing groups.
