Precision Response to Publish Twice-Yearly Magazine

Precision Response Corp., a provider of outsourced customer care services through its subsidiaries Access Direct and Hancock Information Group, has launched PRC Max, a new magazine designed to provide strategies on how to better manage customer relationships and drive sales.

PRC Max will be published twice a year in partnership with Dialog Custom Media, a Ft. Lauderdale, FL based publisher of customer magazines and brand loyalty enhancement tools.
