CARLSON COS.: Minneapolis, hired Fay Beauchine as senior VP-enterprise sales, a new post. She had been VP-sales and customer care for Northwest Airlines, which filed bankruptcy in September. Beauchine will develop and maintain a sales process across Carlson’s business units, including its marketing and hospitality divisions.
