Royal Mail has released “A Marketers Guide to Home Shopping,” a how-to reference for direct marketers and DM wannabes.
The two-volume, 800-page guide was produced in conjunction with the Institute of Direct Marketing, a nonprofit DM educational organization. Areas covered include campaign building, relationship marketing, data modeling and print and production.
“We want to support industry growth by demystifying DM techniques,” said Bob Ashley, Royal Mail’s market development manager for home shopping.
