Lane Bryant and Ford 12+ are looking for a few good models to visually represent the plus-size apparel retailer in future campaigns.
Women size 14 and larger can enter to win a $25,000 modeling contract with Ford 12+, the plus-size division of Ford Models, Inc., from now through June 11. Contestants may apply at any Lane Bryant store or at www.lanebryant.com by submitting an application, a color close-up face photo and a color full body photo.
Prizes are as follows: (100) $100 Lane Bryant gift certificates; (25) $250 Lane Bryant gift certificates; (5) participate in a photo and video shoot, receive a $500 Lane Bryant gift certificate and a consultation with a model scout; the grand-prize winner will be awarded a $25,000 modeling contract with Ford 12+, be featured in the Lane Bryant Holiday 2004 photo shoot and win a $250 gift card to Tiffany. Total prize value is $44,000.
All finalists’ photos and videos will be posted on the Lane Bryant Web site, where visitors can vote for their favorite. The finalist who receives the most on-line votes will be declared the popular choice winner. The sponsors will choose the grand-prize winner, who may differ from the popular-choice winner.
