Experian Consumer Direct has acquired MetaReward, an Internet loyalty marketing firm, for an undisclosed sum.
MetaReward offers programs to help Web publishers to increase customer retention. Its offerings include the NetFlip, FreeGiftCentral, MovieTicketSource and MisterPoints reward programs, and the ExpertsOnCredit credit advice site.
