He will report to Phyllis Ehrlich, senior vice president of Cartoon Network ad sales promotions and marketing.

Blair will be based in New York and will manage promotions directors located in New York, Atlanta and Los Angeles.

There he worked as the primary corporate lead for relationships between Time Warner’s integrated sales and marketing team and key entertainment divisions, including Turner Broadcasting, HBO, Warner Brothers and Telepictures Productions. Blair co-developed Time Warner multi-asset programs and strategic alliances for such clients as Unilever, General Motors, American Express, Johnson & Johnson, Ford Motor Co. and The Home Depot.

Blair has also held positions with Interpublic/McCann WorldGroup, Inc. as a senior vice president and group account director for Momentum Worldwide.
