Tumri taps online industry leader Calvin Lui for the role of CEO

Mountain View, CA – January 16, 2008 – Tumri, the leading provider of one-to-one online display marketing solutions, today announced the appointment of Calvin Lui as President and Chief Executive Officer. Calvin Lui joins Tumri with a history of success in building both sales and marketing teams and scaling businesses, particularly within the online advertising industry. Tumri continues to garner significant attention from agencies and advertisers, and the addition of Lui’s leadership will further accelerate the company’s growth and mindshare amongst advertisers and publishers.

Hari Menon, founder and former CEO, will remain on the board of directors and shift his responsibilities to Chief Strategy Officer, directing his efforts toward key business development and strategic technology initiatives. Together, Menon and Lui will work to ensure that the company’s mission will remain focused on providing the online advertising industry with cutting-edge integrated brand and performance marketing solutions. Lui will also join Tumri’s board of directors.

Lui most recently served as the COO of Connexus (a leading Internet performance marketing company) and also served as President of its Traffic Marketplace division. Prior to Connexus, he was SVP of Sales and Marketing at Ticketmaster where he directed corporate-wide sales efforts and marketing strategies. He also served as CEO at TheMan.com and held management roles at Lycos, St. Paul Venture Capital and Credit Suisse First Boston. Lui holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University and a B.S. in electrical engineering, Magna Cum Laude, and a B.A. in economics-business, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
