Transcom WorldWide S.A., a European debt collection and customer relationship management firm, has bought NuComm International, a Canadian provider of contact center systems, for about $85 Million.
Real Bergevin, founder/CEO of NuComm, will remain with the business under the new ownership.
NuComm employs more than 3,000 people across 14 centers in Canada, the U.S. and the Philippines.
