TIME WARNER LAUNCHES INTERNET SITE Time Warner Inc. launched an Internet site, www.entertaindom.com, yesterday that is designed to generate revenue for the media giant through online ads and e-commerce offers.
The site draws content from Time Warner’s various movie, television, music and publishing business sites (e.g., CNN and Entertainment Weekly). In addition, such new video and animated shows as “The God and Devil Show” or “Dr. Science” will be featured. Other services include shopping, e-mail, and home-page building. Microsoft and Procter & Gamble are among the companies that have signed on to advertise.
