Standex International Corp. has sold its Consumer Products Group, Standex Direct, to State Street Refrig., Inc. The terms of the sale were not disclosed.
Standex Direct distributes food products through four direct mail order units including Bland Farms; Frank Lewis’ Alamo Fruit; Harry’s Orchards; and Red Cooper. State Street Refrig., Mission, TX, is a fruit packaging firm that specializes in grapefruit, oranges, cantaloupe, honeydew melons and onions.
