Dale Moore has been appointed as director of internet services at Millard Group Inc., Peterborough, NH. IQ2. Net, Atlanta, has signed a distribution agreement with American List Counsel, Princeton, NJ. The companies have agreed that ALC will resell IQ2.net’s High-Tech Household file to list brokers and direct marketers. The alliance will provide information on Internet and technology users.
