Reader’s Digest, Pleasantville, NY, has launched a new magazine, Reader’s Digest Your Family, aimed at parents of infants through children age 6. The full-size, 112-page magazine debuts this week at newsstands, supermarkets and mass merchandisers nationwide. About 500,000 copies will go on sale through July, at $3.95.

FreeShop.com Inc., Seattle, which runs a site for catalog requests and other free offers, has acquired competitor CatalogSite.com (http://www.catalogsite.com) from Commonsite LLC. Terms were not released. FreeShop will absorb all CatalogSite employees into its operations. Content from CatalogSite will be integrated into FreeShop over the next two months.

Innotrac Corp., Atlanta, said it intends to file a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission during the next few weeks and to consummate an underwritten offering of its common stock. The company’s services include product and literature distribution, computerized inventory and database management and inbound teleservices.

Wine direct marketer Geerlings & Wade Inc., Canton, MA, has opened a new Web site, Winefirst.com (http://www.winefirst.com), specifically for the Japanese market. The company said it is working with a call center in Tokyo to handle the orders from Japan.
