The site will now let users collaborate with others in specific forums build personalized Web pages, join clubs, maintain personal calendars, subscribe to newsletters, and more, all in a total MountainZone.com environment.
Quebecor Printing Inc., Montreal, has extended the expiration date of its tender offer for up to 23.5 million shares of World Color Press Inc., to 12:00 midnight, Eastern Daylight Time, August 19. Around 18 million shares of stock were tendered on August 12.
