The Spiegel Group, Downers Grove, IL, has named Jon K. Nordeen to senior vice president. Nordeen will continue to serve as chief information officer of the group, a position he has held since January 1996.

Vitamins.com, an online vitamins retailer, has promoted Jason Edwards to the newly created position of chief technical officer. In his new role, Edwards will oversee all Web site development for Vitamins.com and the internal networking system of the company’s “clicks to mortar” operation.
