Alloy, Inc. has hired Andrew Belth as director of dat abase sales. He will oversee the firm’s business development and selling initiatives. Previously, he was senior account executive for Merkle Direct Marketing’s Data Solutions Group, and has also worked for American Student List.

Mosaic Group, Inc., a Toronto’based marekting solutions company, has named John E. Caldwell and John R. Barnett to its board of directors.

The Direct Marketing Association’s Nonprofit Federation is seeking nominations for its 2002 Nonprofit Organization of the Year Award, which will be presented at its annual New York Nonprofit Conference on Aug. 14. The deadline for nominations is April 25.
