Blair Corp., Warren, PA, has declared a special cash dividend of 15 cents per share. The dividend will be payable on Dec. 15 to stockholders of record as of Nov. 21. The dividend is in addition to the company’s regular fourth-quarter dividend of 15 cents per share.
