It can measure customer responses from Internet promotions, catalogs, direct mail, call centers and retail stores. It integrates data to measure return on investment and generate other kinds of reports.

Bebe Stores Inc. has selected ICrossing to serve as its search engine-marketing agency of record. The agency will be responsible for developing and implementing campaigns to drive sales, in addition to handling campaign analysis.
