Reynolds DeWalt Corp. has acquired RiverView Marketing Consultants, Ltd., a direct marketing services company based in New Bedford, MA. RiverView Marketing offers database management, mailing, and fulfillment services since 1986.
Terms were not disclosed.
Five RiverView Marketing employees, including former president William Blackwell, have joined the Reynolds DeWalt team at their headquarters.
The acquisition will expand Reynolds DeWalt’s direct mail marketing capabilities, specifically in the areas of database management and analytics. In addition, RiverView Marketing clients will now have access to Reynolds DeWalt’s creative and design services, targeted cross-media marketing solutions and print services.
