Interactive marketing firm 24/7 Media, New York, had second-quarter revenue of $52.2 million, up 204% from $17.2 million in second-quarter 1999. The company had a net loss of $22.2 million, compared with a net loss a year earlier of $7.2 million.

President and CEO David J. Moore said that the loss grew out of the company’s activities in growing its business, and that its goal was to translate revenue gains into profitability as quickly as possible.

The company derives its revenue from banner advertising and loyalty program management, as well as list management and ad serving functions.
